Quinoa porridge | Healthy vegan breakfast
I hope you are ready for some major goodness! I made this quinoa porridge the other day and man, it was delicious!
It only took 15 minutes from start to finish! I might keep making this instead of my regular oatmeal. Who doesn’t like easy and delicious?
All you need is 2 cups of water to cook 1 cup quinoa until soft and translucent. Once it’s done let’s say about 10 minutes. Top with nut milk, maple syrup, dried and fresh fruits.
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cup water
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoon of maple syrup
- Dried and Fresh fruits for topping.
- Cook the quinoa in the water until soft and translucent. Add the non-dairy and the syrup. Mix well.
- Serve topped with the topping and enjoy!
