Quinoa porridge | Healthy vegan breakfast

I hope you are ready for some major goodness! I made this quinoa porridge the other day and man, it was delicious! It only took 15 minutes from start to finish! I might keep making this instead of my regular oatmeal. Who doesn't like easy and delicious?

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • Dried and Fresh fruits for topping.


  • Cook the quinoa in the water until soft and translucent. Add the non-dairy and the syrup. Mix well.
  • Serve topped with the topping and enjoy!
