Quinoa porridge | Healthy vegan breakfast
I hope you are ready for some major goodness! I made this quinoa porridge the other day and man, it was delicious! It only took 15 minutes from start to finish! I might keep making this instead of my regular oatmeal. Who doesn't like easy and delicious?
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cup water
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoon of maple syrup
- Dried and Fresh fruits for topping.
